Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Compressor Corporation (MCO) participated in 16th Regional Olefins Producers Technical Committee (ROPTC), which was held from March 4 to March 10, 2012, in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
More than 100 executives and engineers of leading petrochemical companies in Southeast Asia attended the meeting about the latest petrochemical market and technology.
MCO made a presentation regarding advantages of replacing a centrifugal compressor and turbine in plant capacity expansion, with our rich experience in revamp projects.
MCO's solution especially about re-using a existing foundation was well-received by the plant owners, because new plant construction is constrained recently by the environmental regulation in Thailand and Singapore.
